Team training for high school and college coaches
Their whole week.In their pocket.
Plan the whole week for your runners in less than 15 minutes. Every runner gets it on their phone, with paces, double days, and your notes.
This week
The team planner
Plan the whole team on one screen.
Runners are rows and days are columns. Pick a group, paste a workout, type the miles. When the week looks right, share it and every runner's phone updates.
Planner
Groups
Varsity, JV, sprints, half marathon. Plan one group at a time or the whole team.
Copy and paste
Paste a workout to a whole group, or copy last week and change what's different.
Doubles and targets
AM and PM runs in one day, with each runner's weekly total checked against their target.
Drafts until you share
Plan ahead without confusing anyone. Runners only see a week once you share it.
For your runners
Everything they need before practice.
PeakStride opens to today's workout. Logging takes a tap, and if something feels off, they can ask you for help right from the run.

For coaches · Printing
Print it. Post it.
Some things still belong on paper. PeakStride prints a real calendar, not a list of dates.
Do athletes pay?
No. Athletes are free when their coach has a plan.
Do runners need to download an app?
No. PeakStride runs in the phone's browser, and runners can add it to their home screen.
How long does a week take to plan?
Less than 15 minutes for a 30-runner team once your groups and go-to workouts are saved. The first week takes a little longer.
Can I print the training?
Yes. Weekly or monthly, for one runner or the whole team.
More than 50 athletes?
Email us and we'll set up a plan for your program.
Ready for next week?
Plan it in 15 minutes. Get back to the track.
Set up your team, share your code at practice, and have next week on every phone before the cool-down ends.
